43. A medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist shall reply promptly to all correspondence sent by the secretary of the Order, the syndic, the assistant syndic or an investigator or a member of the professional inspection committee. In his dealings with them, he shall not be guilty of a breach of trust or unfair practices.
